Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Twins AI account and associated personal data by contacting support from the email address connected to your account.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email support@twinsapp.chat with the subject line “Delete my Twins AI account”.
  2. Include the email address or account identifier associated with your Twins AI account.
  3. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.

What Gets Deleted

After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account where required by applicable law and consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
